Rooms were spacious, very warm and cosy.
Easy to get our walking gear all aired and dry.
We had a pleasant meal in the dining room.
Lashings of hot water for a relaxing bath.
Staff helpful, friend
Dislikes:
Could've been warmer in splendid lounge and dining room.
Would've been pleasant to have log fire on.
Could've done with a wider selection of bottled beer/ real ale.

Dislikes:
Probably would have liked radiators to be on, rather than use electric heater - it did the job anyway.

The room was big enough for our family. (One double, bunk beds and one single)
Dislikes:
The bathroom was dated and needed a proper shower. The full breakfast could have been bigger. Breakfast staff could have been friendler.
