Rooms in the Coach House are available on a Bed only basis to minimize costs but a full breakfast can be provided in the Lodge restaurant at a special rate of £6.95 if ordered the previous night. We are often asked what the difference is between the main Lodge building and the Coach House. The Lodge standard is Tourist Board 4 star where the rooms would be larger with telephone and showers as well as baths. The Coach House in unclassified accommodation and rooms are more of a domestic size without in-room telephone. Room TV's have now been installed. All rooms have private facilities, bath with shower attachment (no stand-up showers), and Coach House Guests have access to the Lodge Restaurant and Bistro Bar during opening times. There are bars in the village within walking distance. We can only serve drinks with a meal to Coach House guests. Comfortable budget priced accommodation.

Interior - Lounge and two of the bedrooms

All rooms are double bedded - there are no twin or family rooms. One or two adults per room. There is insufficient space for Cots in bedrooms.

Guests with reservations must check-in prior to 2000hr - Late check-ins are not possible

We have just 17 rooms in the Lodge and Coach House therefore we are only able to take private guests including small groups but not coach parties. Dalrachney is the place for food and drink, also peace and quiet. We are 23 miles south of Inverness, 1 mile off the A9 trunk route

The Coach House does not have the same classification as the main Lodge. It was classified 3-crown Commended by the Scottish Tourist Board in the 1990's
